Mikki and Guy

I was back home in sunny North Yorkshire for Mikki & Guy’s fabulous summer wedding in July last year, and am still reminiscing over how incredible it all was. M & G stamped their wonderful personalities all over the whole day, and brought so much energy and happiness to proceedings that it was impossible not to be smiling from ear to ear. There were so many highlights and magical moments throughout the day, but I absolutely loved venturing into the neighbouring filed with the whole bridal party and a load of smoke bombs (it was as chaotic as it sounds!). Hope you all enjoy looking through their wonderful day as much as I did capturing it.

Sophie and James

There’s not really much I can say about Sophie & James’ wedding other than it was bloody incredible! It was so lovely being back home in North Yorkshire and my first time shooting at Crayke Manor certainly didn’t disappoint, I really couldn’t have wished for a magical spot. The celebrations were filled with character and charm, with Sophie & James’ attention to detail and amazing eye for style evident in every aspect of the day. I especially loved the beautifully handmade paper flowers created by Sophie’s lovely mum, which were the perfect addition to the wonderful tablescapes in the barn. I could honestly go on and on about how brilliant this day was, but I think I’ll let the photos do the talking this time!

You can also see Sophie & James’ fabulous day, and hear all about how they pulled it all together on the amazing Love My Dress blog, as well as a lovely feature on the Loeffler Randall journal too.

Big shout out to all the super talented suppliers, it was such a treat to work with so many amazing people.

Anna and Tom

Anna & Tom’s fabulous wedding celebrations in the heart of the Shropshire countryside were an absolute blast from beginning to end! I think you’ll all agree that Anna looked incredible in her stunning Rolling in Roses dress, and I must say Tom scrubbed up rather nicely too!

After a wonderful, heartfelt ceremony in the Town Hall and a few snaps round the lovely streets of Bishop’s Castle, we all made our way over to Norbury Village Hall for the reception. Anna & Tom had worked wonders transforming the space into something quite magical, with beautifully decorated trestle tables stretching the length of hall, and greenery and flowers aplenty!

A cracking set of speeches and epic feast were followed by some hotly contested, aperol spritz fuelled lawn games - my personal favourite being splat the rat (took me right back to my primary school days!). The day was topped off in style with the superb King Brasstard’s (a 7-piece New Orleans brass band) providing the perfect soundtrack to dance the night away!

Thank you so much for inviting me along guys, I had a whale of a time!
